40-40-10 Glass Bottle Beer Filling Machine
The machine is the latest design of the beer filling machine 3 in 1 type. It adopts external filling valves, all filling
valves were hung on outside of the beer tank which has no contact with the beer inside. The can guarantee
the beer won't have any bacteria infection risk. More stable and reliable than original design.




Automatic beer bottle rinsing, filling , capping triblock machine main parts are automatic electronic control

6-6-1 Glass Bottle Filling Machine
6-6-1 type beer bottle washing filling capping monoblock is designed combined with the actual situation in
our country after the introduction and absorption that comes from Germany technologies. It adopts isobaric
filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of taking small
space, high precision in liquid level. Adopt Siemens automatic controlling system, realizing trinity of the
machines, and control the rinsing , filling and capping process.






Advantage :
(1). Compact design with advanced external filling valves, realized the true sense of isobaric/counter pressure
filling method and the machine is all-mechanical transmission, which basically reaches zero failure rate.
(2). Filling part:
After two times of vacuuming and carbon dioxide flush, the filling is completely isostatic.The external filling valve is
on the outside of the beer tank. Compare this with the internal filling valve in the beer tank, external filling vale will
not touch the beer and avoid the beer pollution. Otherwise, the external valve opens and closes through mechanical
pressure, it can realize real isobaric filling and reduce the generation of air bubbles.
(3). Capping part:
The capping part can be designed according to the customers demand on the cappers
About capping,we replaced the pneumatic cover with a mechanical cover,the quality and stability of the gland are
improved.
(4). Foaming decive:
Equipped with foam device according to customer's requirements
High pressure water injection to push out the air of the bottle neck to keep the beer quality.
(5). Wine tank
